Who We Are<\/h2>\n

\nIn 1937, Ted Broyles founded Muncie Novelty with drive and hard work. Progressing from a basement to a garage to a building in downtown Muncie, Indiana, Muncie Novelty quickly became a leader in charitable gaming products.<\/p>\n

With consistent and successful growth, Muncie Novelty relocated in 1971 to its current location on the northwest side of Muncie, Indiana. This location afforded the company the opportunity to expand as its long-term goals became reality. Utilizing processes which proved successful in the charitable gaming industry, Ted\u2019s son, Bob, sought to expand the winning plan into the ticketing industry. Thus, in 1971, Indiana Ticket was founded. Today, the facility encompasses more than 80,000 square feet, employs nearly 200 people and operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. <\/p>\n

Founder Ted Broyles\u2019 grandson David expanded on the successful model, and in January 2014, InGate Solutions became the newest addition to the Muncie Novelty\/Indiana Ticket family. InGate Solutions focuses on the high-end ticketing market that includes season tickets, thermal tickets, credentials, parking, and many other admission control products. Over the past decade, with a dedication to product diversity, InGate Solutions has been able to attract and retain a rich customer base. With nearly 80 years of experience, InGate Solutions\u2019 commitment to growth, quality products, and superior customer service has made us a leader in the industry.<\/p>\n

Our organization today is uniquely designed in that our companies, Muncie Novelty Company, Indiana Ticket Company, and InGate Solutions, share technology, equipment, and personnel. This has been a major factor in our ability to provide both quality products and excellent customer service to clients who require the level of commitment expected by you.<\/p>\n

With each year, we continue to grow into our role as a major player in professional ticketing. Over the past decade, with our dedication to product diversity, we have been able to attract, maintain, and retain a rich customer base that encompasses colleges and universities, professional sports teams, theaters, museums, aquariums, zoos, and other high-end clients. With our carefully measured growth, we only bid on or accept jobs that we are confident will result in complete satisfaction to our clients.<\/p>\n
